The tips of the applique pull the fabric a little bit, and some are slightly twisted. I think there maybe wasn't enough glue to hold the tips down, or I should stretch the fabric slightly more as I sew, I am not sure. I think I will try again.

The task was done well enough. Minor inaccuracies can always be corrected later with painting. Accuracy of working with an applique is a matter of experience.
