My outlining of the appliques. I had trouble making neat lines, especially on the sleeve, although I got better with some practice. I used jacquard textile black paint instead of the decola paint, because decola is hard for me to buy where I live. Do you have experience using jacquard for outlining? Is it worth me buying decola for it's quality?

Good. You can use any black acrylic paint on fabric you can buy. Decola just has the best consistency and fits well on fabric.
