Hello Lana! Herein my assignment for lesson 7.4.
Instead of purple velvet I've used a zebra-multicolor pattern velvet, that seems the trashest pattern I ever seen...anyway I've used it many times for applique outer borders and its behaviour is surprisingly good to see! I am waiting for your comments, thank you

Yes, it's good. But cut the paper only along the appliqué seams. There is no need to cut the paper along the allowances of the panties and the crotch seam. I marked these areas in the photo. During the spraying of glue, these areas will need to be covered with paper.
