For adult gymnasts, already fully developed according to the female type, with chest sizes A, B, C, D, we make a construction according to this instruction. And you can see the result, for example, on the adult gymnasts of the Russian national team in group exercises. I have not seen a larger chest size for gymnasts, so we do not have statistical data to develop a pattern for such gymnasts.
